Is the Oregon Standoff Over Yet?

Now it's just getting weird and sad.

From Esquire

Enough, as I may have said before, is enough.

Occupiers say they've voted to ask Joaquin Mariano DeMoreta-Folch, a long-time Tea Party activist, to convene a common law grand jury. He tracks its origins back to the Magna Carta, British common law and the U.S. Constitution and he warns, the jury meets in absolute secrecy. "The media, you cannot ask the question to them. That's a felony," he told reporters.

"So make sure (you know) what you are doing because if you ask me: How many? What they say? Why they vote? You're committing the crime of felony and I will hold you accountable," said DeMoreta-Folch. Grand juries held under U.S. law also meet in secret. But after an indictment, they're followed by a trial. DeMoreta-Folch said common law grand juries deliver an indictment and that's it. Punishment can involve placing a lien on a person's property. He said the jury is considering quote "multiple constitutional crimes" against local officials on behalf of the Hammond ranchers.

("The crime of felony"? Objection, You Honor. Assumes reality not in evidence.)

Exactly how many crimes are these guys going to be allowed to commit before the actual law does its freaking job? What's the magic number? Eight? Twelve? Give me a number. I know, I know. Ruby Ridge. Waco. Yadda-yadda. But what if Judge Goober issues an order and these guys take, say, the local sheriff or a couple of town councilors prisoner? That would be kidnapping, and on federal property as well. Suppose they seize somebody's car? Or their homes? And, as a bonus, the family of the two guys whose conviction touched off this burlesque has seemingly signed onto this legal fiction. And, make no mistake, while they don't know enough about the actual Constitution to throw to a seal, these people take their cosplay very seriously.

My name is Anna Maria Riezinger, also known as Anna von Reitz because my actual name is German and a mile long. I am an American Common Law Superior Court Judge in Alaska where operation of the Seventh Amendment Courts started up again in conjunction with the Common Law Grand Juries more than a year ago and I also serve as a Federal Postal District Court Judge for the Western Region. As you can clearly see by reading the Seventh Amendment all matters pertaining to living people and their property must be addressed to Common Law Courts. How then, are the Hammonds being addressed by federal admiralty courts?

Read the whole letter. Her Honor, Judge Riezinger, has an entire bogus legal history to back her up. It's like somebody rewrote Blackstone as the sequel to The Turner Diaries. And that's what's driving these criminals up in Oregon. They live their lives within a fiction. And they have guns. It's time. Really, it is.
