Oscars Twist: 2016 Academy Awards Ceremony Will Have 2 Hosts

James Franco and Anne Hathaway, don’t wait by your phones.

The 2016 Academy Award ceremony will feature two hosts for the first time since 2011’s disastrous Franco-Hathaway experiment.

“There will be multiple hosts for sure – there will be two,” Oscar producer David Hill tells EW.com. “Two is better than one.”

Hill declined to name which dynamic duos he’s circling for the Oscarcast, but the rumor mill is churning out the following comedic dream teams: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog, and Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell.

The 2016 Academy Awards will air Sunday, February 28, 2016 on ABC.
