Panathinaikos draws 1-1 at OFI

ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Ze Eduardo's penalty kick in the 86th minute allowed OFI to salvage a 1-1 draw against visiting Panathinaikos in the Greek league on Saturday.

Victor Klonaridis opened the scoring for Panathinaikos in the 39th from a counterattack. The hosts and their fans loudly protested, as the move began with an illegal tackle on Ze Eduardo in midfield.

Panathinaikos ended the game a man short when Spyros Risvanis was dismissed for tackling OFI's Manolis Rovithis inside the area. The penalty resulted in Ze Eduardo's equalizer.

Panathinaikos was in provisional joint third with Atromitos, which plays at Apollon on Sunday. OFI was eighth.

League leader Olympiakos hosts Panetolikos, the only team it hasn't beaten this season, on Sunday.

Also, Giannena beat Levadiakos 2-1 and Xanthi drew 1-1 at last-place Aris.
