    Panic Away Program Can Help People Face Holiday Stress with More Cheer, Less Anxiety

    Half of people surveyed feel “very stressed and anxious” around holidays, according to Anxiety Disorders Association of America poll.

    While the holidays are typically associated with parties, cheer and celebration, they can also be the source of anxiety, stress and panic attacks for many people. According to a recent Anxiety Disorders Association of America poll, half of people reported feeling “very stressed and anxious” around the holidays while 40 percent said they’re a little more anxious than usual. Panic Away, a program designed to markedly reduce panic attacks and anxiety, can make the holiday season that much happier for people who struggle with anxiety issues.

    Panic Away is a three-stage program designed to offer quick relief from panic attacks and general anxiety, whether during or after the holiday season. Stage one focuses on a special technique to stop panic attacks; stage two includes a variety of exercises focused on calming the body and mind, including breathing, diet, exercise, thought field therapy and distraction; and stage three focuses on long-term recovery.
