The Internet is not for the faint of heart — just ask Paris Jackson.

On Wednesday, the 17-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson posted an original drawing of a young girl walking hand in hand with a floating skeleton. “The latest,” Paris captioned the Instagram shot. Yes, the drawing was a little whimsical and creepy, but it seemed innocent enough.

Then the comments started pouring in. Needless to say, they weren’t all praising her artistic talent — and she didn’t take the negativity well.

“This is f***ing ridiculous,” she wrote. “I am expected to literally sit on my a** all day replying to comments people leave me (positive and negative)? i have aa meetings to go to. family obligations. PERSONAL obligations."

Yes, she said AA meetings. This marks the first time the teen has admitted her involvement in Alcoholics Anonymous.

That confession was hardly the point of her post, however, and she continued on with her rant without so much as a pause. "It’s so f***ing selfish that I am literally attacked on every f***ing thing I post just because people that I DON’T EVEN KNOW aren’t getting what they want,” she lamented. “I don’t know any of you. I appreciate the love and support, but the expectations are f***ing ridiculous.”

She then turned her attention to her late father, who passed away in 2009. “The expectations for my dad were f***ing ridiculous. He didn’t owe you anything, yet he was ripped to shreds DAILY. I will not let that happen to me.”

But she wasn’t done yet. In a follow-up comment, Paris declared, “I’m just f***ing done with this. way too much extra stress in my life. i’m literally the only person I know that responds to comments in general.” She went on to draw a comparison between herself and some of the world’s biggest teen stars. “Justin [Bieber], kylie [Jenner], kendall [Jenner], cody [Simpson]? none of them do it. I do. but apparently ‘not enough.’ so I’m going to go with not at all.”

Clearly angry, Paris then revealed that mean comments on the Internet contributed to her attempting suicide in 2013. “like when I was 14 and deleting every single comment by hand because people were fighting too much and sending to so much hate to the point where i was suicidal?” she recalled. “it’s always been like this. Just beause i’m now starting to say something about it.”

But this may not be the only drama in Paris’s life as of late. Back in December, reports surfaced that she had split with her long-term boyfriend, soccer player Chester Castellaw. (To put things in context, the month before that she changed her last name on social media to Castellaw.) Though she hasn’t confirmed the split, her last name has reverted to Jackson and Chester has been notably absent from her social snaps for the last few weeks.

It sounds like we’ll be hearing a lot less from her in the future, though, based on her frustration with her haters.
