Along with the realtor’s contact information and properties they have listed that might interest the buyer, the agent can include information about finding a mortgage broker, inspector, etc, as well as some trusted names in the area that the buyer might find useful on the flash drive without overloading them with paperwork to sift through all at once.

    Many realtors use flash drives to store the documents and files they need for closings due to the ease with which the documents can be transported, transferred and organized. Once the buyers and sellers get to the closing, the different documents that must be signed can be organized by involved party (government, lawyers, estates, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage broker…). Printing out the pages upon pages of documents that are needed for the multiple parties involved can be time consuming, expensive and wasteful. Flash drives will simplify the process and prevent buyers and sellers from being bogged down by stacks of paper during an already emotionally trying time.
