MELBOURNE, Fla. -- Winds gusting up to 25 miles per hour took their toll on those braving the outer wind bands of Tropical Storm Andrea in Brevard County, Fla., on Florida's Space Coast Thursday.
The first tropical storm of the Hurricane season, with sustained winds of 60 miles per hour, made traffic tough and raised river levels as it made its way from the Sunshine State and headed north.
