Estonian Olympic icon Andrus Veerpalu (R) and his coach Mati Alaver attend a press conference on April 7, 2011 in Tallinn. Veerpalu defended his name Thursday after it emerged that he failed a doping test on the eve of retirement in February. Veerpalu spoke out just an hour after the Estonian Ski Association announced that a February 14 World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) test had detected a higher-than-permitted level of growth hormone in the analyse taken on January 29, 2011. The B-test analyzed in Germany earlier this week turned also positive. AFP PHOTO/ RAIGO PAJULA ***ESTONIA OUT*** (Photo credit should read RAIGO PAJULA/AFP/Getty Images) less
