Killer whale transported to new home

Morgan, a young Orca whale, will be moved to an animal park despite objections by animal rights groups

A Dutch court ruled Nov. 21 that a dolphin park that rescued a young killer whale named "Morgan" in 2010 can send it to a Spanish amusement park. The ruling dashes the hopes of conservationists who wanted to reintroduce the animal — also known as an orca — into the wild in its native waters off the coast of Norway.
