In this 2001 photo provided by the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA contractors work on a boat ramp installed by the agency at Riverfront Park in Libby, Mont. Following a 12-year cleanup, officials say a wedding in the newly-constructed Riverfront Park is lined up for the summer and a blues festival is scheduled for early August. It's a dose of normalcy that marks a major milestone for Libby, a mining town of about 3,000 people near the Canadian border that has become synonymous with lung disease and death after an estimated 400 people to date have been killed by asbestos exposure.
