The 8,461-ton Panama-registered cargo ship "Cheng Lui 15" is seen 900 metres off the southeastern port of Pohang, southeast of Seoul October 15, 2013. At least nine Chinese crew members were dead and two missing after a Panama-registered cargo ship sank off the eastern coast of South Korea, South Korean Coast Guards said on Wednesday. The cargo ship was carrying 19 crew members, 18 Chinese and one Vietnamese, when the accident happened on Tuesday, the coast guard said. Picture taken on October 15, 2013.
