Ablene Cooper and her son Antonio Cooper, leave the Hinds County Courthouse in Jackson, Miss., Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, as she expresses her disappointment that a circuit judge dismissed her lawsuit against Kathryn Stockett, author of the best-selling novel "The Help." The lawsuit was filed by Cooper, who works for Stockett's brother. She claims a main character, Aibileen, is based on her. Cooper accuses Stockett of using her name and likeness without permission. "The Help" was made into a movie that opened last week. It's based on relationships between white families and the African-American women who worked for them in the 1960s. (AP Photo/Rogelio V.
