Intuit Inc. is selling a division that provides software to financial institutions in a deal worth about $1.03 billion as it focuses on products for consumers and small businesses. Nokia said that it will buy Siemens' half of their joint network operations in a $2.22 billion deal, sending its shares surging more than 7 percent. According to Rheinische Post newspaper's website, Germany's biggest steelmaker ThyssenKrupp is examining the possibility of selling part of its European steel business to an investor. less
