Activists of India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) youth wing break police barricades at a protest in New Delhi, India, Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 against alleged radio collars placed on Indian students of the Tri-Valley University in California. According to an Indian newspaper, several Indian students of the U.S. university, shut down on charges of a massive immigration fraud, have been forced to wear radio collars around their ankles so that the U.S. authorities can keep a tab on their movements. less
