ADVANCE FOR SUNDAY, OCT. 31 ** In this photo taken June 12, 2010, a medical marijuana dispensary leaves its lights after hours on in Los Angeles. It's the day after the election, and Californians awake to find that marijuana is legally the same as alcohol in their state. Does that mean anyone 21 and over can head to the nearest medical marijuana club and buy pot for recreational use? Can sports fans light up joints at bars instead of swigging beer? Will police set up sobriety checkpoints to crack down on stoned drivers?
