After being charged over 300 Euros (almost $384) by Ryanair for forgetting to print out boarding passes for her family, Suzy Mcleod went straight to the internet to complain about the fees. Ryanair CEO, Michael O'Leary, heard about the complaint and responded by calling her "stupid".
