Allan Sobol, operations manager at Marijuana Marketing Strategies, LLC, who runs the Medical Marijuana Dispensary that would open if Prop 203 passes, stands in the training classroom area part of his store Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010, in Phoenix. Proponents of medical marijuana use in Arizona will have to wait a little longer to see if voters rejected their proposed law allowing its use. Proposition 203 was still too close for a race call by The Associated Press at midday Wednesday. It was failing by 6,869 votes out of more than 1.3 million votes cast. The proposal narrowed its deficit by more than 300 votes overnight. less
