U.S. stock futures signaled a flat open on Wall Street ahead of the ISM nonmanufacturing report and a week with key Federal Reserve speeches on tap. The Keystone Pipeline debate is heating up once again- after President Obama called its job-creating abilities into question.The pipeline, which would carry 830,000 barrels of crude oil a day between the Canadian Oil Sands and Gulf Coast refineries, has created controversy since it was first proposed in 2008. Amid online "chatter" about terror threats, U.S. diplomatic posts in 19 cities in the Muslim world will be closed at least through the end of this week, the State Department said. less
