Andres Bautista, head of the Philippine Commission on Good Government (PCGG), which is tasked to recover the alleged ill-gotten wealth of the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos, announces in a news conference at suburban Mandaluyong city east of Manila, Philippines Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, the remaining $29 million of the $712 million that was recovered from Swiss banks, has now been turned over to the National Treasury.
