Spanish chef Ferran Adria' gestures prior to the start of a press conference for the official presentation of "2014 Lavazza calendar", in Milan, Italy, Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013. Adria said he made "a huge exception" when he agreed make a dish for a dinner to launch Lavazza's 2014 calendar. Adria confirmed Thursday that he has not cooked for a public event since closing his three-Michelin-star elBulli restaurant in 2011 despite "a lot of requests every day." The avant-garde chef says that even when elBulli was open, he rarely cooked elsewhere. (AP Photo/Antonio Calanni) less
