BlackBerry shares dropped Wednesday after details emerged of a partnership between two of the world's biggest technology companies — Apple and IBM — aimed at business customers. IBM and Apple Inc. said late Tuesday that the apps are expected to be released this fall. As more of BlackBerry's competitors turn their attention to the highly lucrative, and generally loyal, enterprise market, the Canadian company could begin to feel extra pressure. BlackBerry Ltd., formerly known as Research In Motion, was once Canada's most valuable company, with a market value of $83 billion in June 2008. less
