Harris said Friday, July 29, 2011, that he will use a new state law to restructure union contracts and employee pay in order to deal with a $327 million budget deficit. Teachers, administrators and other employees will take a 10 percent wage cut and begin contributing 20 percent of the cost toward their health benefits. Financial manager Roy Roberts says the measures will save $81.8 million. (AP Photo/Charles Rex Arbogast) less
