Asiana Flight 214 was flying too slow when it crashed in San Francisco. The National Transportation Safety Board says it all centers around the plane's "autothrottle" system, roughly equivalent to a car's "cruise control." If you think it's on, and it's not, you'll slow down and stall. And that might have been what happened in this crash. John Blackstone reports. less
