Assistant Prosecutor Michele Miller holds a photo of Honey Bey, a Shih Tzu dog, during Haniyyah Barnes' court appearance, Tuesday, April 29, 2014, in Newark, N.J. The Star-Ledger of Newark reports that Barnes, pleaded guilty Tuesday to breaking into her neighbor's home, grabbing the 2-year-old Shih Tzu and throwing the dog into oncoming traffic in August 2011, where she was struck by a vehicle and killed.
