Family members of the those killed in the first terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York observe a moment of silence Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, during a ceremony to honor the six people who died in the attack 20 years ago. The moment of silence was observed at 12:18 p.m., the time when a truck bomb was detonated below the north tower. The victims' names were read by family members before bagpipers played "Amazing Grace."
