Australian Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, Michael Ronaldson, leaves the Franco-Australian Museum established by the Franco-Australian Association. It was opened on ANZAC Day, 25th April 1975. It is located on the first floor of the Victoria School in Villers-Bretonneux, northern France, Wednesday, Oct 16, 2013. Twelve hundred Australian soldiers gave their lives in the recapture of this town from the invader on 24th April 1918 during WWI and are buried near this spot. (AP Photo/Michel Spingler) less
