President Barack Obama is suggesting he would not sign an immigration bill without a pathway to citizenship for the estimated 11 million people living in the country illegally. Congressional sources said a tentative U.S. Senate deal has been reached to have President Barack Obama withdraw two of his embattled nominees to the National Labor Relations Board and offer a pair of new ones that organized labor helps pick. Senate leaders struck a deal to avoid the "nuclear option," as Republicans relented and allowed a series of President Barack Obama's stalled nominees to move forward toward confirmation. less
