The National Pork Board and the National Cattlemen's Beef Association are going through with a plan to rename their cuts of meat to make beef and pork buying less confusing. The renaming program comes with a new label for the meat, which will include its new name, characteristics of the cut, and suggestions for preparation, such as stewing or grilling. Fun! New names! (Not actually fun). less
