Bolivian dissident Roger Pinto is seen after a meeting at the Brazilian Federal Senate in Brasilia October 16, 2013. Pinto is an opponent of Bolivian President Evo Morales who is accused of corruption in his country. He was granted asylum by Brazil when he was sheltered inside the Brazilian embassy in La Paz in 2012, but recently was able to escape from Bolivia and reach Brasilia with help from a diplomat at the Brazilian embassy in La Paz.
