Bolivian medical doctors and students donning red clown noses pose for a picture after attending a lecture by humor therapist Dr. Hunter "Patch" Adams at the Universidad Mayor de San Andres (UMSA) in La Paz, Bolivia, Monday, July 18, 2011. Adams, a medical doctor by training and a social activist, will present lectures about his laughter therapy during his four-day visit to Bolivia. Adams, who founded the Gesundheit Institute, a free, full-service hospital in West Virginia that employs his philosophy of laughter as a healing tool, was the inspiration for the 1998 movie "Patch Adams," starring Robin Williams.
