Florida death row inmate William Happ is shown in this undated booking photo provided by the Florida Department of Corrections October 15, 2013. Happ, convicted and condemned for the 1986 abduction, rape and murder of Angie Crowley is scheduled to be executed in Starke, Florida on Tuesday. It will be the first time the drug midazolam hydrochloride is used despite concerns it might not work as promised and could inflict cruel and unusual punishment on a death row inmate. Midazolam, will be the first of three drugs as part of a lethal cocktail designed to induce unconsciousness, paralysis and death by cardiac arrest.
