A broker walks in front of the main screen at the stock exchange in Madrid, Monday April 23, 2012. Spain is back in recession as the economy contracted 0.4 percent in the first quarter of the year, the central bank said Monday. The figure published in a Bank of Spain monthly report followed a 0.3 percent decline in the fourth quarter. Spain is struggling with the ruinous aftermath of an exploded real estate bubble that had fueled nearly a decade of solid and sometimes robust growth. It was only in 2010 that it emerged from nearly two years of recession, and now it is back in another one. (AP Photo/Paul White) less
