Buddhist monks are seen behind barriers used by the police to block a street during a protest urging the king to delay a new parliament session, near the Royal Palace in central Phnom Penh September 22, 2013. Cambodia is to convene a new session of parliament on Monday after a disputed election win by long-serving Prime Minister Hun Sen. Cambodian opposition, supporters, politicians and Buddhist monks urged King Norodom Sihamoni to delay the meeting until further talks were held to end the political stalemate with Hun Sen's ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP). Opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) says it will boycott the meeting. REUTERS/Samrang Pring (CAMBODIA - Tags: POLITICS RELIGION CIVIL UNREST) less
