Capt. J.L. Cahill of the West Virginia State Police fields questions from reporters following the capture of Samuel “Sammy” Littleton in Princeton, W.Va., Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011. Authorities say Littleton was apprehended late Wednesday morning, Feb. 23, 2011 in Princeton, W.V., in the woods behind a Walmart. Littleton is wanted for questioning in the disappearance of elderly Ohio couple 84-year-old Richard Russell and his 85-year-old wife, Gladis, and was charged Friday, Feb. 18, 2011 with killing his girlfriend's 26-year-old daughter. Her body was found last week in his basement in Bellefontaine, the Ohio community where the Russells live. less
