CAPTION CORRECTION, CORRECTS DATE - This Tuesday, June 24, 2014 photo released by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), shows an empty polling station during the parliamentary elections preparations at al-Khansa Girls' School in Tripoli, Libya. In a slow turnout, Libyans are defying the turmoil roiling their nation to vote in parliament elections on Wednesday, the third nationwide balloting since the toppling of longtime dictator Moammar Gadhafi. The country's election commission said 1.5 million registered voters have the chance to cast ballots at 1626 polling centers with 4,467 polling stations across the country and elect 200 members of parliament.
