Xiomara Castro (R), presidential candidate of the Liberty and Refoundation party (LIBRE), addresses followers in Tegucigalpa November 29, 2013. Honduras' conservative ruling party candidate, Juan Hernandez, won Sunday's presidential election after campaigning on a promise to tame rampant drug gang violence that has given the struggling nation the world's highest murder rate. Castro, wife of ousted former leader Manuel Zelaya, called on her supporters to take to the streets as she denounced fraud and refused to accept the results, according to local media.
