ARLINGTON, VA - MARCH 25: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen (R) greets Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Air Force Colonel (retired)Joe Jackson (L) as Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James Roy looks on during the medal's 150th Anniversary ceremony in the Hall of Heroes at the Pentagon March 25, 2011 in Arlington, Virginia. Jackson was awarded the Medal of Honor during the Vietnam War for a dangerous impromptu rescue operation of three American military personnel.
