On the final episode of "Chelsea Lately," Chelsea said goodbye with some help from a huge chorus of famous friends in a parody of the star-studded 1985 song, "We Are the World." Gwen Stefani started the song by introducing Chelsea as "Chelsea Hammer," a call back to Stefani's flub of Stephen Colbert's name at The Emmys. A different celebrity helped sing each verse, including Alanis Morissette, Gerard Butler and Dave Grohl. So long, Chelsea! less
