Chris Brown is back in court, where the L.A. County D.A. will argue the singer violated his probation in the Rihanna beating case by lying about his community service, and thus he deserves to be thrown behind bars. Certainly he's feeling awfully happy right now! After all, Chris Brown was facing some major trouble with this hit and run case, but all that is just a breezy memory, now that it's been dismissed. And what does one do when avoiding jail time for the 'lost count' time? Party it up like a proper prince at Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood! You might see Mark Geragos driving around town in a bright orange Lamborghini in the near future ... 'cause Chris Brown says it's the LEAST he could do for his super-lawyer for saving him again. Geragos worked his magic and obliterated the hit-and-run case against the singer ... a huge deal considering Brown was facing jail time if convicted. less
