Civil servants who work in the Greek transport ministry, blockade the entrance of the ministry in Athens, on Friday, Sept. 30, 2011. An occupation of the Transport Ministry by protesting civil servants has forced Greece's international debt inspectors to reschedule their meeting with the minister, with whom they were to discuss reforms including new licensing laws for taxis. Officials from the International Monetary Fund, European Central Bank and European Commission _ known as the troika _ were to meet with Transport Minister Yannis Ragoussis Friday morning. But the delegation drove away after finding the building under occupation and protesting employees in the courtyard. (AP Photo/Petros Giannakouris) less
