A clammer drags freshly dug clams in a sled after digging about three 40 lb. bags of clams in Brunswick, Maine, on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011. For the second year in a row, red tide has been at an all time low. Maine and the rest of New England have had a second straight year of mild red tide outbreaks, bringing a sigh of relief to the clamming industry following two straight years of widespread clam flat closures due to red tide.(AP Photo/Pat Wellenbach) less
