College graduates facing a tough job market and a high student loan burden may have an even tougher time repaying those loans if Congress and the White House fail to reach a compromise to keep interest rates on those loans from rising. They are currently at 3.4% but could rise to 6.8% on July 1st. Danielle Nottingham reports. less
