Congolese Narcisse Arido awaits the start of his initial appearance in the courtroom of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, Thursday, March 20, 2014. Arido is a defense witness accused of obstructing justice, as he is suspected of giving false testimony and arranging payments to other false witnesses on behalf of Congolese millionaire Jean-Pierra Bemba, who went on trial in 2010 for alleged atrocities committed as a militia leader in the neighboring Central African Republic in 2002-2003. Arido did not enter a plea. (AP Photo/Bas Czerwinski, Pool) less
