A conservator uses a feather duster to clean part of the modern metal skeleton above the wooden planks of the Viking ship known as Roskilde 6, of which only about 20 per cent of the timber remains and is dated to around 1025 AD, at the British Museum in London, Friday, Jan. 17, 2014. The ship was excavated from the banks of Roskilde Fjord, Denmark in 1997. It will be part of a Viking exhibition at the museum that will open to the public on March. 6, 2014.
