**CORRECTS SPELLING OF FENZEL** Army Col. John Fenzel of Mount Vernon, Va., leaves Gawler's Funeral Home in Washington Sunday, March 13, 2011, after paying his respects to Army Corporal Frank Buckles, the last American Veteran of World War I. The body of Buckles, who enlisted in the Army at 16 after lying about his age, is resting in a flag-draped casket, and will be buried Tuesday with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery. He outlived every other American who served in WWI. He died last month at his Charles Town, W.Va., home at age 110. less
