FILE - In this Sept. 18, 2013 file photo, a small boat navigates past the damaged side of the Costa Concordia ship after it was pulled upright, on the Tuscan Island of Giglio, Italy. Divers searching the submerged part of the wreck of the cruise ship have found the remains of one of the two people still missing from the 2012 disaster. Officials believe the remains belong to Russel Rebello, an Indian waiter. Thirty-two people died when the Concordia slammed into a reef off the Tuscan island of Giglio and capsized on Jan. 13, 2012.
