Talks to sell the Dave & Buster's chain of restaurants and sports game entertainment centers have fallen through, mounting another challenge to the efforts of its private equity sponsor, Oak Hill Capital Partners, to exit the investment in the company it bought in May 2010 for $570 million. Cheese in its stable, but those talks went nowhere. Now D&B is likely to revisit an exit strategy via the IPO market. less
