The deadly fire at a clothing factory on the outskirts of Bangladesh's capital that killed 112 people was an "act of sabotage," a government committee of inquiry said Dec. 17. The owner of a Bangladesh clothing factory will be held responsible for gross negligence of safety and should face trial.
