NEW DELHI, INDIA - SEPTEMBER 24: An Indian worker balances a lamp on his head and holds cables in his mouth whilst installing street lights in front of the Lawn Bowls venue at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on September 24, 2010 in New Delhi, India. Delhi is scrambling to complete last minute preparations for the upcoming Commonwealth Games. Workers are frantically working to clean up the Games village after officials called it unliveable and unhygienic. Pieces of a false roof inside of the weightlifting complex have collapsed, following an incident on Monday involving the collapse of a footbridge being constructed at the main stadium for the upcoming Commonwealth Games collapsed inuring up to 27 workers. The Jawaharlal Nehru stadium is due to hold athletics events and the opening ceremony of the Games, scheduled to commence on October 3.
