Dublin workers make their way home from work in central Dublin, Ireland, Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010. The Irish Republic is set to unveil more details of a severe austerity budget later Tuesday. Finance Minister Brian Lenihan is planning an initial 6bn euros (£5bn; $8bn) of cost cuts in the toughest budget in the country's history. It is part of a deal to secure an 85bn-euro bail-out from the European Union and International Monetary Fund. less
